Privacy Policy

General Adjusting Service of Evansville, Inc.  (GASE) will treat client information furnished to it by clients who use our services as confidential and will not disclose or use client information other than as necessary to carry out the purposes for which clients furnished this information to GASE. GASE management will limit access to client information to only those employees, agents, or representatives who have a need to know customer information to perform their functions.

GASE will take necessary technical and organizational precautions to ensure that client information is protected from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, erasure, manipulation, and destruction by third parties while client's customer's information is in the possession or under the control of GASE. GASE will ensure that said information is not processed in other ways contradictory to privacy and/or data protection laws.
